Today is about reconnecting with your inner power—the fire that fuels your dreams. We’ll begin with Awaken the Fire Within, a meditation to tap into your courage, creativity, and inner strength. Then, dive into a discussion on how self-love fuels bold decisions and lasting success. You’ll learn how choosing yourself isn’t selfish—it’s strategic.
Today’s adventure is a mindful volcano hike, symbolizing your inner power rising. With each step, you’ll reflect on the power that builds beneath the surface and how to transform internal pressure into personal breakthroughs. That evening, you’ll receive a blessing from a traditional Mayan shaman, honoring your growth and clearing the way for your next transformation.
Day 3 – Honor Your Past, Rewrite Your Future
We start with a meditation on releasing old narratives and honoring the lessons you’ve lived. Together, we’ll explore how your past has shaped your self-talk, boundaries, and beliefs—and how to shift what no longer serves your vision. We will have a discussion on self-discovery, forgiveness, and releasing old patterns that no longer serve you.
Then we journey to the ancient Mayan ruins, walking among echoes of a powerful civilization. Yes, a valid passport is required unless you are an El Salvadorian citizen. Your passport must not expire for at least six months before your arrival date in El Salvador, as per entry regulations. So, be sure to check your passport and make sure! You do not need a travel visa from the United States. If you are traveling from a country that is not the USA, please do your research to see if you need a visa.
