  • Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes. We find this duration allows for an in-depth exploration of each topic without overwhelming your schedule.

  • Sessions are conducted via Zoom, FaceTime, or even phone call, allowing for flexibility and accessibility no matter where you are in the world. This setup also enables us to offer personalized guidance that fits your specific needs and challenges.

  • Absolutely! We understand the unpredictable nature of the industry schedules and offer flexible booking options to accommodate last-minute changes and different time zones.

  • I understand the demands of the music industry, so we offer flexible rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance — no problem.

    If you cancel or miss a session within 24 hours, there’s a $30 fee. (Of course, if something truly out of your control happens, we’ll work together to find a fair solution.) Time zones are always taken into account.

  • While we recommend committing to a package to gain the full benefits of the program, individual sessions are available for those who wish to customize their experience or address specific issues on a case-by-case basis.

Jessica is the visionary founder and CEO of Pure Life Therapy, established in 1999 as a massage therapy practice. With over two decades of experience in holistic health and a dynamic career in the music industry, she has expanded her expertise to include Stress Management and Mindfulness Programs, integrating neuroscience to craft impactful wellness strategies tailored for touring professionals.

Beginning her journey as a backstage massage therapist in 2000, Jessica has deep roots in tour life. She progressed to pivotal roles such as Production Assistant and IT Services for Pink in 2013, and Live Nation Touring Logistics Coordinator for One Direction in 2015. Most recently, she served as the Backstage Coordinator for Nickelback in 2023, where her role emphasized mental health awareness.
