Welcome to the Women’s Wisdom Collective—an evening designed to help you reclaim your power, reconnect with your body, and strengthen your sense of safety and self. Together, we’ll explore tools for inner resilience, grounded confidence, and the kind of strength that comes from truly knowing and trusting yourself.
At our June gathering, we’ll explore the real-life tools women need to feel both powerful and peaceful—inside and out. Through practical self-defense techniques and holistic strategies for nervous system regulation, we’ll learn how to respond to life’s most overwhelming moments with awareness and resilience. This isn’t just about protection—it’s about confidence, healing, and being supported by a community of women who want to see you thrive.

Presentation by Jessica Chranowski, Holistic Entrepreneur:
Presentation: The Mind After the Storm: Healing PTSD with Holistic Tools
In this empowering session, Jessica Chranowski will guide you through the science and strategies behind managing PTSD with mindfulness and holistic care. You'll explore how trauma affects the nervous system—and more importantly, how to support it when symptoms flare. Learn how to recognize your unique stress responses and use techniques like vagus nerve resets, breathwork, soft touch, and grounding practices to soothe your system in real time. This presentation offers practical tools to help you feel safe in your body, shift out of survival mode, and restore your sense of inner calm and clarity. Whether for yourself or someone you love, these practices will help you navigate life’s storms with compassion, confidence, and control.
Guest Speaker: Margaret Izotov - third-degree black belt in Shotokan karate and a blue-belt in Jiu Jitsu.
Presentation: Cocoon of Strength: Safety, Awareness, and Self-Defense
In this powerful and practical session, martial artist and founder of Cocoon, Margaret Izotov, will guide you through essential safety strategies every woman should know. Learn how to read a room, stay alert in public spaces, and recognize red flags before they escalate. You'll also learn a simple, effective self-defense technique—the wrist escape—that could make all the difference in a vulnerable moment. But this session goes beyond physical defense—it's about reclaiming your space, your power, and your confidence. Margaret will share how martial arts can be a source of deep personal empowerment, and invite the group to reflect on the moments in life when they’ve felt most powerful. Whether you're new to self-defense or looking to feel more grounded and aware, this session will leave you feeling strong, capable, and inspired.
