Jessica is exceptional at massage and very knowledgeable of how our bodies work structurally and functionally. She is an expert at the connective tissues and how to relieve stress and strain that leads to tightness and tenderness. Her ability to find problem spots and release the tightness and tension is absolutely incredible providing relief from pain and a peaceful state of wellbeing. Jessica is a master at massage. She listens intently to pinpoint the full extent of where you may have pain, injury, tension or limited mobility. I felt so much better after the massages I received from her and can honestly say they were the best massages I have ever received. I needed more TLC than first thought, I realized this after the session. My upper back is doing so much better, but I learned to take care of issues early. And Jessica knowledge and attention to my needs proved to be the right person to get care from. I'm making these sessions part of my normal schedule. I don't want to go back on all the progress.

I recently had my first massage with Jessica and felt very relaxed when she was done. I have a stressful full-time job, a part-time business, and a busy schedule so I was amazed at the difference! I have some minor nerve damage and the discomfort in my foot was waking me up at night. I don’t recall being awakened since. I read this could be due to relieving nerve compression by Jessica’s expert work on my leg muscles. I will be scheduling additional massages to heal both body and mind.
