Jessica Chranowski is the founder and CEO of Pure Life Therapy, established in 1999 as a massage therapy practice. With over two decades in holistic health and a robust career in the music industry, Jessica has expanded her expertise to include Stress Management and Mindfulness Programs, integrating neuroscience to craft impactful wellness strategies.
Beginning as a backstage massage therapist in 2000 and progressing to roles such as Production Assistant / IT Services for Pink in 2013 and Live Nation Touring Logistics Coordinator for One Direction in 2015, she has deep roots in tour life. Most recently, she served as the Backstage Coordinator for Nickelback in 2023, her role included an emphasis on mental health awareness.
These experiences, combined with her firsthand knowledge of touring pressures, inspired Jessica to create this guide. As a touring professional who has navigated the highs and lows of the road, she is uniquely equipped to help others manage stress and achieve balance.
