Event Highlights:
Presentation by Jessica Chranowski:
“The Art of Facing Resistance: Transforming Challenges into Strength”
In this empowering session, Jessica Chranowski will guide you through a mindfulness practice designed to help you face everyday resistance and transform it into a source of strength. Through reflection on small, familiar moments—like getting out of bed on a cold morning or feeling discomfort from layered clothing—you’ll learn how these seemingly minor challenges can provide insight into how you approach larger obstacles in life.
We will explore the way we instinctively react to resistance and develop practical strategies that can be incorporated into how you approach more significant challenges. By the end of the session, you will be equipped with mindfulness techniques that not only help you navigate resistance but also empower you to face difficult situations with greater ease and confidence.
