Presentation by Jessica Chranowski: “Eat, Choose, Thrive: A Path to Balance and Purpose for a Better You” — Jessica Chranowski, Holistic Entrepreneur and Hostess, will lead a transformative session blending mindfulness techniques with practical insights to explore the profound impact of our choices. Through a guided Mindful Eating Exercise, attendees will discover how to slow down, savor the present moment, and build a deeper connection with their decisions. This session will also examine how the people, environments, and habits we surround ourselves with influence our well-being. Parking: Free street parking is available, but spots can be limited. Arrive early to secure a space. If you park away from the venue, you may find yourself in a sketchy part of town. Please allow yourself plenty of time to find safe parking and text Jessica if you would like someone to come meet you to walk together.
Cost: $15.00, which includes one happy hour drink - beer, wine, kombucha, cocktail OR chicken wings!

When you arrive, head past the bar on your right to find the staircase leading upstairs to our reserved space. The room is booked from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, so feel free to come early to settle in. Upon check-in, you’ll receive a drink ticket redeemable downstairs for a Happy Hour drink or Mocktail.
Rideshare Option: Coming from Banker’s Hill? Join the shared Uber ride with Jessica—she’s covering the cost! It is much more safe and easier than dealing with parking in City Heights.
